We perform custom CNC cutting and engraving with CO2 lasers. For these purposes, we use professional machines with a max.working area of 890 x 590 mm, the maximum height of the processed material is 500 mm.
Materials suitable for cutting with this technology are wood, plywood, balsa, paper, cardboard, cloth, plexiglass and plastics to a thickness of 20mm. We do not cut metals, glass, PVC and teflon.

We have 3 CNC machines that we use for cutting foam such as EPP, EPS, XPS, etc. Machines are primarily used for cutting parts for RC aircraft models, but also for cutting packaging materials, parts for industry, sport or advertising. We can cut spatial shapes with hot wire according to supplied curves in the format: * .dxf, * .dwg or * .cdr or * .ai
3D printing is a modern issue for sample processing or small-scale production, we can offer this possibility and we are able to produce a product with max. 10500 cm3, ie 245 x 205 x 200 mm. Supported materials are PLA, ABS, PET, HIPS, Flex PP, Ninjaflex, Laywood, Laybrick, Nylon, Bamboofill, Bronzefill, ASA, T-Gloss, carbon fiber, polycarbonate. .STL
Another of our CNC machines that we use for a wide range of production is a 3-axis CNC milling cutter. The equipment is designed especially for small-scale production and its max.working area is 1200x500x100mm. This machine is not designed for the processing of hard metal materials, so we work with materials such as wood, plywood, balsa, cardboard, fiberglass, plastics and aluminum as standard.
